1) I would like to point a misprint in the formula of Burst Threshold, BT given on page 133 of the book. As PCR and SCR are expressed in cells/sec and BT in sec., the formula must be
BT=(MBS-1) [(1/SCR)-(1/PCR)]. The division sign is to be omitted.
